Tay Powers is an acclaimed DJ, engineer, producer, and creative entrepreneur with over two decades of industry experience. She’s worked with major labels like Atlantic Records and Warner, and artists including Justin Bieber, Ty Dolla $ign, Mýa, and more. Known for her sharp ear, emotional precision, and artist-first approach, Tay blends technical mastery with a deep understanding of sound and storytelling. At POWERHOUSE, she brings that same energy to every session—ensuring artists feel safe, seen, and sonically unstoppable.

Born and raised in Houston, Dillo has spent the last 13 years forging a distinguished career in the music industry. He specializes in vocal production, fast-tracking sessions, and enduring artist development that resonates long-term. Throughout his journey, Dillo has collaborated with legends and industry giants—including The Isley Brothers, Lil Keke, National Geographic, Lil Wayne, Universal, Atlantic, Sony, and many others. But whether he’s working with major-label artists or someone recording their first track, he pours the same level of care, intensity, and dedication into every session.
A Pro Tools expert, Dillo is known for his speed without sacrifice. He doesn’t just push record—he sculpts sound, guiding it toward something timeless. His approach emphasizes trust in the studio, emotional authenticity, and music with real impact.
